A warm, collaborative approach tailored to you
I’m Gina Meyer, a licensed master social worker who works exclusively with adult women. I support women navigating depression, anxiety, burnout, and overwhelm. My work also focuses on perimenopause and menopause, grief and loss, caregiving challenges, and the transitions that come with aging. Across these experiences, we make space for changes in relationships, family roles, and identity.
Having experienced many of these transitions myself, I understand how important it is to feel heard, supported, and understood.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered, with therapy tailored to your individual needs. Ten years as a hospice social worker deepened my understanding of grief, caregiving, family dynamics, and finding meaning during times of uncertainty.
Midlife can bring changes that feel unfamiliar, and you deserve to feel heard and supported along the way. As a member of The Menopause Society, I’m committed to ongoing learning about perimenopause, menopause, and women’s emotional well-being. I offer therapy for women navigating these transitions in Grand Rapids and online throughout Michigan.
If this resonates, please reach out. It would be an honor to hold space for you as you navigate change, reconnect with what matters most, and find a more grounded way forward.
